  What is a CASHOME card?  
 

It is an identification card which you can use to send money to your beneficiary in Philippines without the hassle of filling out any forms.

 
   
   
  How does it work?  
1. Simply present your CASHOME card to the counter-staff at any of our designated post offices.
2. Inform the counter-staff which beneficiary you want to send money to and the amount to be sent.
3. Hand the money to the counter-staff and make payment.
4. Sign on the receipt issued by our counter-staff.
   
  What benefits do I get from applying for the CASHOME card?  
 

It provides the accessibility and convenience for you to send money to your beneficiary through our designated post offices without the hassle of filling out forms. In addition, for starters, you will enjoy the following additional privileges on your CASHOME card:

(a) 5% off on all items at SingPost Browse & Buy,
(b) 10% off on all SingTel calling cards sold at post offices,
(c) Discounts on purchases of Pinoy Star magazine
(d) Discounts on photo-printing services at U First Departmental Store at Lucky Plaza.
 
   
  Who can apply for the CASHOME card?  
  Any person who wants to send money to Philippines via any of our designated post offices.  
   
  How do I apply for the CASHOME card?  
 
1. Just visit any of our designated post offices.
2. Present your ID.
3. Complete the application form for the CASHOME card and choose the mode of sending money, whether by way of (a) FASTcard, (b) credit to either the Equitable PCI Bank Account of your beneficiary or the latter’s account with another local Philippine bank, (c) requesting for door-to-door cash delivery to your beneficiary’s address or (d) claim the money in cash from any EPCIBank Branch in the Philippines.
4. Make payment. (If FASTcard is purchased.)
5. CASHOME card will be issued to you over the counter.
 
   
  How much does the CASHOME card cost?  
  The CASHOME Card is FREE!  
   
  How can I send money to my beneficiary in Philippines?  
 
1. Just visit any of our designated post offices.
2. Present your CASHOME card to our counter-staff, give them the name of your beneficiary and amount to be sent.
3. Hand the money to the counter-staff and make payment.
4. Sign on the receipt issued by our counter-staff.
 
   
  How much money can I send each time?  
 

You can send up to a maximum of three thousand and five hundred dollars (S$3,500) per day. However, each FASTcard can be loaded with a minimum amount equivalent to one hundred pesos (PHP100) and a maximum amount equivalent to fifty thousand pesos (PHP50,000).

 
   
  Does the CASHOME card have an expiry?  
  The Cashome Card is valid for a period of five (5) years from the day of issuance.  
   
  What to do in case of loss, theft or damage of CASHOME card?  
  Please report its loss, theft or damage by calling our customer service hotline (1605) immediately. Alternatively, you may visit any of our designated post offices for assistance.
