Speedpost Islandwide Service

• Small package refers to items less than 10kg OR not exceeding size of 40 x 25 x 20cm.
• Large package refers to items more than 10kg OR exceeding size of 40 x 25 x 20cm.

• Posting must be done at the post office.

For Speedpost Air Parcel and Speed Surface Services

• Each specific country has its own maximum weight limit, please call 1800 222 5777 for details.
• Speedpost Air parcel service to Malaysia is only available to Kuala Lumpur, Perak, Kelantan, Kuala Trengganu, Kedah, Kuantan, Penang, Perlis and East Malaysia.
• All dates scheduled for the conveyance by Speedpost Speed Surface service is subject to change without prior notice. Estimated delivery time is subject to change depending on the arrival and departure of vessels in Singapore.

Definition of Standard Mail
For Speedpost Air Parcel and Speed Surface Services

• Should fit into the ISO standard envelopes, which are C4, C5, C6 and DL
• Letters, printed papers or paper based item in a rectangular paper based envelope
• Postcard or mail items in card form
• Mail items in card form or postcards must not exceed 162mm x 240mm with paper quality of at least 230gsm
• Envelopes should be sealed
• Envelopes should be of light colour: white, cream or pastel
• Maximum weight: 2 kg

Definition of Non-Standard Mail

• Mail items containing bulky items, metal, very stiff and hard, inflexible or sharp objects, eg. Audio tapes, CD/VCD/VHS, etc
• Odd shaped mail, eg, round, triangle, multi-sided, etc
• Mail items in plastic envelopes, pillow case envelopes, etc
• Mail set or mail with sprocket holes or computer printouts
• Mail items in smaller than 90mmx140mmx0.2mm
• Mail items thicker than 14mm
• Envelopes with dark, intense colours, background design, patterning or embossing and with watermark or security printing
• Maximum weight: 2 kg
