EMS Cooperative Certification Gold Level Award

The Universal Postal Union (UPU) awarded SingPost the 2009 EMS Cooperative Certification Gold Level Award for the ninth consecutive year since 2001 - a record among the postal administrations in the world.

EMS Customer Care Award

SingPost received the 2009 EMS Customer Care Award (Medium Category) from the UPU for the second consecutive year. This award aims to recognise outstanding performance in customer care, where consistent high quality of service – 95 per cent on-time replies to queries – is the base criterion.
