The World Mail Awards, launched in 2000, aim to encourage and celebrate best practices within the mail industry worldwide. These awards are presented to postal operators or service providers worldwide, public or private, which have been reviewed by a prestigious panel of judges comprising UPU members and international postal industry leaders and users.
SingPost is also the leading logistics provider in the domestic market, with global service offerings to more than 220 territories/countries.
In 2001, SingPost won the EMS Cooperative Certification
Gold Level Award presented by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) for its Speedpost Worldwide courier service. Since then, it has gone on to win the gold award every year and is the only postal administration in the world to win this award for seven consecutive years since 2001. The latest award was presented to SingPost in May 2008.
This award is given for good performance in service areas such as quality of service, efficiency in data tracking and customer care.
