or a frame with two souvenir covers at $15 per pack. Customers can have the choice of choosing their desired
MyStamp sheet plus one of the following packaging:

(Please read carefully before submitting your order)

1. The photo image taken or the submitted photo by the owner will own copyright in, or have a copyright
   owner’s permission to copy.
2. You will only submit a photo with the necessary authority of all persons whose image is reproduced or contained in the photo. You shall ensure that the photo does not breach any third party rights.
3. You agree to indemnify Singapore Post against any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses Singapore Post incurs or suffers arising from or in connection with any breach of the terms and conditions herein, including infringement of another person’s intellectual property right or unauthorised use of another person’s image.
4. Singapore Post reserves the right not to print a photo image on the tab, from the photo submitted, if in its opinion such image is unacceptable, without giving reasons. In such instances, Singapore Post will return the photo and payment will be refunded.

Order through mail

1. Please print this Order Form.
2. Fill in the quantity of sets and the preferred packaging.
3. Send your photos either in 3R or 4R size with your name indicated on the back of every photograph and secure them to the order form.
4. Fill in your payment details, delivery address and signature.
5. Enclose order form and photograph(s) in an envelope and mail to:

2. Send us your photo containing photoshop EPS file or JPEG file (RGB mode) Resolution at 30 x 20mm must be 300dpi.
